Came home on my lunch break on Monday to find... Sheet rock up!

I guess we have to pick colors soon?

I didn't take photos of the end of this day, as it looked exactly the same, but with a pile of bricks on the porch... ready for tomorrow's project. Stay tuned....!

End of day 5 (day 3 of work)

We returned from our weekend trip to Lynchburg for Abigail and Greg's wedding (!!!) to find the weather stuff up and the electricity almost done.

Day 5 (but Day 3 of work) lunchtime break

We weren't able to do anything yesterday, because it was raining and the next step was electricity. These photos are from the halfway mark. The electric lines had begun to be run. We had to leave at this point to head to Lynchburg for Greg and Abigail's wedding. (yay!)

Day 3 Completion

We came home from work today to find the walls framed and boarded.

Day 3 Lunch Break

Big changes do far! First round of demo is complete. Those awful awnings are GONE. (Yes!!!)

We expect to return from work to find the wall all framed up.

Day 2... Not much to show yet.

Day 1 was a no-go due to the rain. Therefore, we are starting 1 day behind. This photo is from Day 2, which is really the first day of work... Get it?

Day 1 of Construction

We are about to begin our (second?) home renovation large project: converting the screened-in porch into a den. It was a tough decision, considering how much we love the porch.

I'm hoping to take photos after each day to track the progress. So, without further adieu, the BEFORE photos...
