For the past few days, we have come home from work to find our house smelling a little bit funky. When we ran the dishwasher last night, it leaked onto the kitchen floor. I thought the two were separate problems, but went to put something in the bottom rack of the dishwasher today on my lunch break and realized they are probably connected!
There is standing water in the dishwasher. Welcome back, home-owner disasters. This is #2 of what will most likely be many more home-owner issues to come. Thank goodness for Google search and eHow websites. I found instructions here and will hopefully work on this tonight. We'll see how it goes!
